Hey, it’s simple and has cute kids. Definitely entertaining.

I think the story tells itself, but if you must know what the children are saying someone has translated in the comments on the Vimeo page.

Posted by Chris on Friday, January 29, 2010

I don’t know how I missed this one, but The Oatmeal has put together a little chart discussing the different types of people on the FB.

See the whole thing and learn about the other types at How to Suck at Facebook.

Birds + Electric Guitar = Interesting
Posted by Chris on Thursday, January 21, 2010

Since the development of canned instruments & the all powerful Microsoft Songsmith, electric guitars and people are a thing of the past. Apparently French artist Céleste Boursier-Mougenot has found a good use for those old electric guitars. His installation featuring the results of this experiment will be featured in a London Gallery in February.

No Glass – Old School Prank
Posted by Chris on Thursday, December 3, 2009

Good clean fun to offset all the not safe for work stuff from last week.

Those poor bastards. They just wanted to leave work.

I’ll admit that I am a glass toucher. Really they should put metal handle down the entire side of the door. It’s about what you are comfortable with, those handles in the middle of the door are just too low. Look at it this way, everyone who touches the glass is job security for the dude who has to wash the doors.

Man as an Industrial Palace
Posted by Chris on Thursday, November 12, 2009

Henning Lederer is working on an interactive animation based on a poster by Fritz Kahn. The poster was created in 1927 by Kahn who was a gynecologist, writer & illustrator. Using modern machinery as an analogy made his series of books very popular. The Nazis actually banned & burned his work.

Project’s homepage.

Great concept, loving it so far.

Matrix: Silent Movie Version
Posted by Chris on Tuesday, November 10, 2009

It makes you wonder with the crack acting skills of Keanu, why wasn’t the original film silent?

via Neatorama

Not exactly the scenes I would have chosen, but kudos to the Russians for making a really convincing parody of a silent film, pies and all.
