The audio is what makes it. What am I saying? I love hand-drawn animations.

Be clear, I am a Pac Man fan. So don’t expect Mario to show up here too often. That’s your stupid fetish.

The literal music videos are fun (and their strange lip sync bastard cousin). Now we have something just as great for movies. The audio is taken from Hitchcock’s The Birds. The animation does its best to illustrate the scene:

I am guessing if I try to do this, choosing a Stalone or Keanu Reeves audio clip is too obvious. Perhaps, I should find a copy of August Rush and find some gripping dialogue? Maybe Twilight? Other suggestions?
What is going on here? Pixielo is trying to educate me on the healthy foods to eat. I am lucky to have her assistance, apparently she needs to help the folks in this video.

Whatever just happened I think I like it. It’s like the opposite of what you feel when you ask someone to marry you. At first you are excited, then you slip into the “WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST DO!?!?” stage.
YES! One of my favorite things about East Bound & Down was the “Oh, that’s not a voiceover, that’s a motivational tape of himself that he is listening to!” Honestly I don’t know what is funnier, a cassette tape or what he is saying. So this has made the rounds here and there on the net, a compilation of all the motivational tape moments.
Out of context it wasn’t as funny. I think the concept that you would listen to your own tape is really what gets me.
The other day I noticed the local PBS station is playing MakeTV and I was very excited. I have yet to figure out when it is on, but I bumped into an episode featuring Tim Kaiser and I was mystified. Here is the segment on him and his work that I found on his site.
Looks like fun, but my Dutch ancestry is asking again, “How do you make money?” I guess he sells those groovy instruments, the pessimist in me says no one would want to buy my stuff. Regardless of my issues that is some real groovy shit he does there.
I always forget about Radiolab, it is a great show. I managed to catch a rerun the other night on sperm. Well, I was in my car, the show was on sperm, as in the subject of the broadcast.
This was an odd story about a girl search, LIKE A CRAZY, for her sperm donor daddy:
And a great theory describing why sperm is king:
The whole show can be downloaded from their site.
Time to do your part for your fellow man. Go out and record audio descriptions of porn sites for the blind. I wish I could make this stuff up, but I am not that clever. I was thinking they should have a cool logo for their site so I could put it with this post, but they don’t need a logo. I am an ass.
I guess the link is NSFW, if you press play on any of the audio.
